These are common errors that are experienced on Zintsomi E-Learning.

503 Service Unavailable

The 503 service unavailable error occurs when our web server is unable to get a proper response from a PHP script.  If the error above happens, please refresh the site page and wait for the page to load. If the error is still there repeat the process for three times and if it is still there contact the support team.

Critical Error

If the error above happens, please wait for 10 minutes – 30 minutes before you refresh it as the Support team are already notified to fix the error. If the error is still there repeat after 1 hour, contact the support team.

Request Timeout

Error connection timed out occurs as a result of an exhausted PHP memory limit, a shorter execution time, and so on. If the error above happens, please refresh the site page and wait for the page to load. If the error is still there repeat the process for three times and if it is still there contact the support team.
